Norwegian Artist Børge Bredenbekk (1975) studied for a Bachelor of Arts in England followed by many years of illustration work through his former collective Brenneriveien and his agent ByHands. He is now a full time artist and combines different technical skills with a keen eye for storytelling, carefully considered compositions and bold visuals. His work is divided in two styles, his drawings are usually hyper realistic and balances the dark and beautiful. His graphic work is somewhere between traditional and modern in form and inspired by late last century social realism. He is generally fascinated by manual labor, craftmanship and iconic compositions.
